Hospitality, engineered.

Trackside catering for professional motorsport — produced in licensed commercial kitchens, delivered to the paddock, served on the team’s schedule.

What we do

Core service

Race-week lunch

Lunch service every day of the race week — from load-in through the last session. Menus planned in advance around headcounts, dietary requirements, and the day’s running order.

On request

Dinner service

Evening service whenever the schedule calls for it — late garage nights, debriefs, or hosted team dinners. Arranged per day, on request, around the team’s calendar.

The satellite model

Licensed off-site production

Food is produced off-site in a licensed commercial kitchen and delivered trackside — the standard satellite model, run to documented food-safety and temperature controls.

Service formats

Crew service

Buffet

Staffed and replenished through the window — chafing, linens, and signage in the house black and red. The core of crew lunch, every day of the race week.

Partner & VIP

Composed & plated

Plated service for partner and VIP guests — composed to order and carried to the table.

On station

Individually packed

Grab-and-go and driver meals packed individually and labeled — for drivers and crews who cannot leave station.

Every format ships with full strike and clean-up. Beverages and plate and smallware service are quoted separately.

The race-week program

Every lunch is produced off-site in a licensed kitchen and delivered hot-held and temperature-logged to your paddock space, every day of race week. Menus rotate daily, so a five-day crew never eats the same lunch twice — and final menus are agreed with you in advance around your headcount, schedule, and dietary needs.
